We are collaborating with a highly regarded, independent medical communications agency that is continuing to grow due to new projects and long-term client partnerships. As part of this growth, they are looking to expand their client services team with the addition of an Account Executive and a Junior Account Manager.

Role Overview:
You will support the delivery of scientific and medical communication projects across a diverse portfolio of clients, working on a wide variety of deliverables and gaining experience across different therapeutic areas and account types.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management of client accounts
* Coordinate medical communications projects and timelines
* Assist with the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials
* Support medical affairs deliverables including symposia and educational materials
* Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships
* Maintain project documentation, status reports and internal updates
* Collaborate closely with internal scientific and account teams
Candidate Profile
For Account Executive:
* Approximately 1 year of experience within a medical communications agency
For Junior Account Manager:
* 18+ months of experience within a medical communications agency
For Both Roles:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Interest in medical communications and scientific content
* Confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
