What You’ll Do Be Doing Contractor Onboarding: Validate details, conduct right-to-work checks, issue contracts and manage the reference & vetting process Client Compliance: Prepare accurate contracts Data & Reporting: Maintain precise records across various systems and complete monthly audits and MI reporting Support Delivery: Approve timesheets, resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly Stakeholder Support: Act as the first point for contactor compliance queries and working collaboratively with internal teams. Requirements Proven administration / coordination experience gained in a recruitment or sales environment Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to compliance excellence.
