The Low-Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of the SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low-Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team builds cross-industry Low-Code solutions and is responsible for both the development and delivery of Low-Code applications and advisory services to our client base in accordance with each platform’s best practices.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Director to lead the sales expansion of our ServiceNow and Pega practices. This role is fully focused on revenue growth and strengthening our position within the partner ecosystem. As a strategic connector, you will act as the bridge between our internal sales teams and platform Account Executives at ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Pega. Your mission is not to build the demo - it is to build the deal.


You will own and drive the commercial relationship from initial pursuit through to the signed SOW ensuring that our delivery organization inherits high-value, sustainable, and long-term engagements. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on influence, partnership, and closing strategic opportunities.


IF YOU ARE

* A ServiceNow commercial expert with deep knowledge of the ServiceNow product suite including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other core modules with the ability to clearly articulate their business value to C-level stakeholders
* Well-connected within the ServiceNow ecosystem with an established network of platform Account Executives and a history of successful co-selling and partnership development
* Commercially driven with a strong closing mindset, motivated by revenue targets and high-upside commission structures rather than purely technical pre-sales activities
* A ServiceNow Commercial strategist with the ability to translate complex platform capabilities into high-value business outcomes, ensuring SOWs are structured for long-term scalability and recurring
* Knowledge of Pega platform capabilities and concepts such as BPM, CRM, Case Types and Workflow
* Experienced in selling complex digital platform solutions into Finance or Healthcare industries
* Knowledgeable about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to ServiceNow and Low-Code platforms
* Educated with a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, or possessing equivalent career experience in high-growth IT consulting environments
* Comfortable traveling up to 25% to meet clients, partners, and internal stakeholders and to strengthen ecosystem relationships


AND YOU WANT TO

* Leverage existing relationships with ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Pega Account Executives to drive co-sell opportunities and position our organization as the partner of choice for incoming leads
* Lead the full sales cycle for Low-Code transformation programs with a focus on long-term, value-driven scrum-based delivery models rather than short-term staff augmentation
* Proactively manage and grow the existing account portfolio by monitoring SOW expiration timelines and securing extensions and expansions to ensure continuous engagement and zero downtime for delivery teams
* Identify, approach, and win new enterprise clients across multiple industries, expanding our Low-Code footprint and market presence
* Build and scale a Managed Services pipeline by transitioning clients from project-based engagements to sustainable recurring revenue models
* Act as the final commercial authority before delivery handover, ensuring each SOW is profitable, realistic, strategically aligned, and fully meeting client expectations
