You’ll work with a diverse range of users, support large technical projects, and contribute directly to the efficiency and innovation of Invest NI’s ICT services.Technical Skills (Essential)We’re looking for candidates with hands‑on experience in: Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issuesDiagnosing and resolving faults efficiently across a modern ICT estate. Supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environmentsDelivering seamless end‑user support within a Microsoft‑based ecosystem. Active Directory / Entra ID administrationManaging users, groups, permissions, and identity‑based access controls. SCCM / Intune package creation & deploymentBuilding drivers, updating software, and supporting modern device management. Working in a fast‑paced ICT Service Desk environmentSupporting a varied user base with professionalism and resilience. Creating user documentation & knowledge-based contentTranslating technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance.Corepetencies & Behaviours

4. Providing 1st and 2nd line ICT support to colleagues across NI and global locations
5. Leading on technical tasks including mailbox setups, software packaging, and device updates
6. Investigatingplex ICT issues and contributing to long‑term solutions
7. Maintaining accurate asset records and call notes
8. Supporting ICT projects and leading smaller project work ( print solutions)
9. Managing procurements under £30k in line with policy
10. Enhancing documentation and knowledge‑base resources
11. Championing excellent customer service across the ICT function
