Senior Management Accountant – Media – London – Hybrid working - £55,000 - £60,000
My client is looking for a qualified finance professional to join a global media and technology organisation. This exciting opportunity offers full ownership of financial reporting and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Duties in this role include:
* Own monthly management accounts for revenue, net sales and balance sheet areas
* Deliver clear variance analysis and insightful commentary against budget and forecast
* Maintain accurate revenue and cost models in partnership with FP&A
* Prepare journals, accruals, deferred income and reconciliations as part of month-end close
* Support group, quarterly and year-end reporting and audit requirements
* Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency
Requirements for this role:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets
* Full month-end, reporting and reconciliation experience
* Experience working in a large, international and complex business
* Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
