Our client, a prestigious hotel renowned for its award-winning restaurant and exceptional service standards, is seeking a dynamic and driven Restaurant Manager to lead their front-of-house team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the region’s most acclaimed dining destinations. The restaurant is extremely busy, serving a high number of covers daily while maintaining impeccable standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

* A basic salary commensurate with the role Circa £45’000 negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Manage and motivate a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver excellence.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for quality and innovation.
* Implement and maintain effective systems for reservations, staffing, and service delivery.
* Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost control and outstanding guest experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-end, busy establishment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A passion for hospitality and a commitment to the highest standards of service.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
