ROLE OVERVIEW /PURPOSE OF JOB: The EDM & Automation Developer will be responsible for automating data, resolving data issues, reporting, monitoring and automation of operational processes to ensure delivery of a consistently high level of service to clients. You will be adaptable and hard-working, and demonstrate strong communication skills both in relations with your team and with the wider Funds-Axis business. You will deliver the support and the operational excellence in accordance with the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds-Axis Values and Business Culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently seeking a skilled developer with experience in ETL automation and data operations. The day-to-day responsibilities of the EDM & Automation Developer will include: Designing, building, and maintaining ETL workflows using EasyMorph and other automation tools. Supporting data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes across multiple systems. Collaborating with compliance and reporting teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance. Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Assisting in the integration of new data sources and automation of manual tasks. DESIRED CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of data operations, ETL development, or automation. Strong understanding of EasyMorph or similar ETL tools. Strong understanding of data structures, transformation logic, and workflow automation. Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and cloud-based data environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
