To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a part time Assistant Credit Controller.
Your role and responsibilities
* Verification and completion of documents for credit risk analysis.
* Supervision of customer payment terms and receivables in the context of credit risk.
* Collection and allocation of receivables from the company's debtors on a daily basis.
* Establishing credit terms for new customers.
* Responding to customer inquiries.
* Preparation of statements and reports.
* Contact with customers and the sales team.
* Contact with the legal department.
* Active participation in month-end closing and audits.
* Support other members of the wider Finance Team when requested.
How to succeed / Your profile
* You have experience in accounting/credit control and/or in a customer oriented position.
* You have a diplomatic and professional way of communicating, both spoken and written.
* You know how to approach customers in a solution oriented way.
