The Graphic and Multimedia Designer will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual and multimedia content to support client social media management, paid advertising campaigns, branding development, and digital marketing strategies.
The role supports the company's expanding portfolio of retained digital marketing clients and ensures in-house creative capability aligned with campaign performance objectives.
1. Key Responsibilities
The post holder will:
Creative Strategy & Concept Development
* Consult with the Director and marketing team to determine client creative requirements.
* Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns, paid advertising and branding initiatives.
* Translate campaign briefs into compelling visual narratives aligned with marketing objectives.
Graphic Design & Visual Content Production
* Design social media graphics for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
* Produce high-conversion paid advertising creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
* Create digital assets including banners, infographics, promotional materials and brand collateral.
* Develop visual identity materials including logos, brand guidelines and style frameworks.
Multimedia & Digital Production
* Design and edit multimedia content including short-form promotional videos and animated assets.
* Produce web graphics, landing page visuals and user interface elements.
* Prepare creative files for digital publishing ensuring optimal format and resolution.
Campaign Optimisation & Performance Alignment
* Conduct A/B creative testing for advertising campaigns.
* Analyse creative performance metrics and refine visual assets accordingly.
* Collaborate with digital advertising managers to improve campaign conversion rates.
Client & Project Coordination
* Liaise with clients to understand branding requirements and campaign goals.
* Present creative proposals and incorporate feedback into final outputs.
* Manage multiple concurrent client design projects while meeting deadlines.
Technical & Compliance Duties
* Ensure designs comply with advertising platform policies.
* Maintain organised digital asset libraries and version control.
* Stay updated on emerging design software and digital media trends.
* Skills and Experience Required
* Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experience in graphic and multimedia design.
* Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and social media content optimisation.
* Knowledge of branding, typography, layout, and digital composition principles.
* Experience in video editing and multimedia production.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
