* Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues or identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with the creative and supplier teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
* Assist in preparing post-campaign analysis, highlighting actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
* Help develop data-led campaign proposals and performance-focused media plans in response to briefs.
* Keep abreast of trends and innovations in display and paid social, helping drive continuous testing and optimisation.
* Contribute to budget tracking, campaign pacing, and support with general administrative tasks.
* Support the Display and Social Leads with the strategic plan and implement a testing roadmap.
What we need:
* 2 years' experience in a hands-on paid social role
* Proven experience using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and ideally DSP tools too
* Strong analytical mindset – confident working with Excel or other data tools to evaluate campaign performance
* Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to deliver the best experience for our customers
* Effective communicator and strong team player with a commercial mindset
