We are recruiting for the above post based at Heron Road, Exeter.
As a ProgrammeDelivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of complex and high-profile programmes that align with the strategic objectivesand priorities ofthe Asset Management Group and the wider organisation
* Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, resources, risks, and issues across the programme lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and engagement at all levels
* Apply and promote best practices in programme management, governance, and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including contractors, consultants, customers, and community groups
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the Asset Management Group, sharing your knowledge and experience with others and identifying opportunities for learning and development

Where will I be based?
Hybrid working is available to all. Our main depot is in Exeter, and travel across the county is required to meet the needs of the Authority. Options to work from satellite depots or offices can be discussed at interview.
You will need one of the following:
* A BSc or BEng degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject
* Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status (or equivalent)
