The Role
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your role is to ensure guests receive excellent, safe, and efficient service throughout their journey at our terminals. You will provide accurate information via various channels, respond proactively to feedback and issues, and support operational activities in a 24-hour environment. Your responsibilities include maintaining service levels, assisting with terminal operations, handling complaints, and supporting emergency procedures.
