Our client, a high-profile organization, urgently requires an experienced Business Analyst to undertake a contract starting immediately.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
* Strong Business Analyst background, ideally Agile certified
* Extensive experience gained within Policing
* Experience of working on process improvement for the reporting of crime statistics
* NPPV3 and SC Clearance is essential
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a discovery phase exploring as-is processes, datasets, and tools used for the reporting of violence crime figures across a number of police forces
* Summarize the as-is situation, current pain points, and gap analysis
* Review as-is processes for violence harm risk assessments for Habitual Knife Carriers across different Forces
* Review alternative approaches to the reporting of figures
* Demonstrate how technology can automate index/matrix assessments to reduce the burden on Police resources by developing and trialling a tool
