Location: Office-based Erith - Hybrid working available after probation (2 days WFH)
Salary: £28,-£32, DOE + Quarterly Bonus (up to 40% of salary)

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing inbound and outbound sales calls and emails
2. Converting quotes into orders through proactive follow-up
3. Identifying and developing new business opportunities
4. Providing tailored product advice and solutions to customers
5. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Staying informed on product updates and competitor activity
What We're Looking For:
8. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
9. A proactive, customer-first attitude
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Basic IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
12. Previous sales experience or knowledge of electrical products is a plus, but not essential
