They are offering: Basic Salary of upto £37k Bonus scheme based on extra hours Good progression opportunities The Person's role Initially the role of Registered Manager would be very hands on. Duties include: Ensuring compliance with CQC Conducting initial assessments with potential clients Activities to increase hours of care Managing carers Recruiting carers, and office staff Field Supervisions We need: Managerial experience within a domiciliary care or supported living setting Someone who has a real 'can do' attitude A hands on manager who is passionate about growing the service Experience of CQC inspections The company are part of a franchise group and have fantastic support.
