The Role Your key focus is to implement social media strategies that significantly boost brand visibility and engagement, leveraging emerging trends to keep ahead of the curve for Project N, its sister business brands at Network N Media, and agency clients. You will be passionate about using the latest trends and technologies to foster positive, engaged online communities with our clients, as well as the media business. A proactive, adaptable nature will allow you to navigate challenges and seize opportunities by developing attention-grabbing ideas and content, improving posting consistency, across the roster of clients, internal and external. You will be responsible for: Develop and execute creative social media strategies for our agency clients, pitches, and our own marketing. Create engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with games audiences. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices in the games industry. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative social media campaign ideas for client pitches. Occasionally join pitches with the commercial team to present social media strategy. Manage and grow social media channels for Project N and our sister business, Network N Media, including brands such as PCGamesN and Pocket Tactics. Assist in community management, fostering positive relationships with followers and addressing inquiries. Support the leadership team in implementing cross-channel marketing initiatives. Support on organic distribution of content to communities. You will have/be/be able to: Demonstrable prior experience in social media management, or a solid track record of building communities independently, preferably in the games or entertainment industry. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn. Good knowledge and proven example of using at least one social media management tool, such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc. Confident in using data to inform your decisions, you have a strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content for diverse gaming audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated in your quick responses, clearly written reports, and communication in our online tools, such as Asana, Slack, and Gmail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Authentic passion for playing video games and working in the games industry.
