Job Title: Night Shift Transport Supervisor Location: Rugby CV23 Salary: £31,000 per annum (equivalent agency rate during probation) Hours: 4 on / 4 off 19:00 to 07:00 (Night Shifts) Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (1-3 Month Agency Probation) Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Transport Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transport office experience to step into a role with long-term potential. You will initially start on an agency basis with a view to becoming a permanent team member after a successful 1-3 month probation period. As a Transport Supervisor, you will oversee the nightly operations of the transport department, ensuring the smooth dispatch of goods, managing driver schedules, maintaining compliance, and handling any transport-related queries. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and excellent service delivery.
