What You’ll Be Doing Lead & Inspire Run daily meetings, energise your team, and ensure core performance targets are exceeded. Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential. Drive Performance & Growth Use your commercial awareness to generate new business, maximise market share, and create repeat opportunities. Deliver strategic plans that elevate branch performance and outshine the competition. Deliver Outstanding Service Build strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Oversee tenant liaison, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements. Protect the Business Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice. Identify and manage risk to safeguard branch performance and reputation. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above. A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates others to excel. Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with proven success in driving results. Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance standards. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. Someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. Confident using Microsoft Office. A full UK manual driving licence. What’s In It for You?
