As a TikTok Specialist, you will...
* Own and manage the day-to-day performance of the brand’s TikTok Shop account.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales.
* Collaborate with the influencer and content teams to launch creative, high-performing campaigns.
* Monitor performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
* Stay on top of emerging trends and TikTok features to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
What will you need?
* 1+ years’ experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
* Needs to be from a fast growing D2C brand
* A creative mindset with a strong commercial edge.
* Confidence in analyzing data and spotting growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
