About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by the Group Procurement Director, you'll:
7. Lead all sourcing and procurement activity across IT and Indirects
8. Build strong stakeholder relationships across our business
9. Deliver cost-saving initiatives
10. Shape procurement strategies, plans, and tools
11. Manage sourcing for high-impact areas like IT/software and marketing
12. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and tooling
What You'll Bring:
You're a sourcing/procurement professional with:
13. Proven experience owning sourcing strategies end-to-end - across IT and Indirects
14. Strong commercial and negotiation skills
15. Experience in IT software and services procurement
16. Confidence with legal documents (you know when to loop in Legal)
17. A growth mindset, critical thinking, and a collaborative spirit
18. Bonus if you're working toward CIPS or have a legal/business qualification
