Shift Pattern:
* Early Shift: 6.00am to 2:30pm
* Late Shift: 2.30pm to 11pm
Responsibilities:
Goods-In / Despatch Team: Manage stock receipting, control, and monitoring of materials in our powder-coating facility.
Paint-Line Team: Prepare, pre-treat, and paint profiles and parts to meet industry standards.
Assembly Team: Roll, tape, and assemble painted profiles and parts to meet customer specifications.
Candidate Profile:
* No prior manufacturing experience necessary; eagerness to learn is key.
* Commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
* Professionalism, ability to follow instructions, and good timekeeping.
* Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
* Teamwork skills, ability to collaborate and work independently.
