Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic team and work within facilities in the heart of London!
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks on a variety of electrical systems.
* Diagnose, repair, and ensure optimal functionality of electrical installations, lighting, and power systems.
* Work closely with the onsite team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
* Carry out testing, inspections, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Respond to maintenance emergencies and prioritise tasks to minimize downtime.
What We’re Looking For:
* A fully qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds or equivalent).
* Experience within facilities management or building maintenance.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety procedures, and relevant compliance standards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with great teamwork abilities.
