Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Create an inspiring, inclusive, and beautifully organised learning environment
Support children’s emotional wellbeing, independence, and holistic development
Carry out observations and assessments to track and celebrate progress
Build strong, professional partnerships with families
Work collaboratively within a close-knit, highly professional team
Promote positive behaviour and uphold the highest safeguarding standards
Contribute to planning, reflection, and continuous improvementAbout You We are looking for someone who:
✔ Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification
✔ Has a genuine passion for early childhood development
