Responsibilities of this Lead Compliance Manager job include:

1. Take overall ownership of compliance across multiple divisions, including wholesale, retail, foodservice, and licensed trade.
2. Monitor and embed new legislation (e.g. Windsor Framework, deposit return schemes, alcohol and excise regulations, sustainability reporting).
3. Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure robust compliance frameworks.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practice processes and maintain accurate records.
5. Provide strategic input into business decision-making from a compliance perspective.
6. Oversee audits and support Finance with legal and statutory obligations.
