Responsibilities
* Identify growth and retention opportunities within the portfolio, including upselling and cross-selling, and maintain the CRM (Salesforce)
* Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Veolia's values and focus on contract development and improvement projects
Qualifications
* Experience in sales and/or account management/development within waste management is desirable
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for customer service
* Experience in delivering professional presentations
* Financial acumen and operational knowledge
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
