Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and support a portfolio of high-value premier customers.
* Act as a trusted adviser, providing holistic financial advice and supporting customers through key life events.
* Conduct in-depth reviews to identify customers' personal and financial needs, delivering tailored wealth management services.
* Advise on a range of products, including HSBC offerings and external partners.
* Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influence.
* Monitor and assess potential risks and opportunities for the business.

Candidate Requirements:
* Role-relevant Level 4 qualifications (e.g., Dip CII, CISI) and current Statement of Professional Standing.
* CAS status is preferred.
* Experience in providing holistic financial advice across a range of products.
* Previous roles as a Wealth Adviser, IFA, Financial Planning Manager, or similar.
* Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office environments.
