We are looking for a full time, permanent, qualified social worker who is interested in working within the area of fostering recruitment and Special Guardianship assessment. In addition to the skills and knowledge of an experienced social worker, the particular skills you will need include: excellent report writing skills, an ability to analyse sensitive and complex information, working within tight time frames, flexibility to work out of hours as a team participant in recruitment activities and the ability to form strong interpersonal professional relationships with applicants. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of professionals and will be offered regular reflective supervision, ongoing training and a flexible working environment.
