About the Role
We are looking for a Part Time Sales Advisor on an 8‑hour temporary contract to join our shop in Bury St. Edmunds. Weekend working is essential.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional and inspiring service, demonstrating extensive knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration, and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool, and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Take a first‑point‑resolution approach to customer issues or feedback and actively seek solutions for the customer’s benefit.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards, and guidelines, utilising product, category, and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Maintain flexibility in work, participating in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
