A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join a growing cocktail bar group with multiple venues across London. This is a creative and hands:on role supporting the marketing team with social media, content creation, campaigns, and events. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, nightlife, and digital content, who is eager to develop their marketing career within a fast:paced and creative environment. Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of social media content across multiple brand channels
* Assist with maintaining content across Instagram, LinkedIn, the website, and other platforms
* Ensure venue information remains accurate across third:party platforms such as Google Business
* Visit venues regularly to capture photos, videos, and behind:the:scenes content
* Help create engaging short:form video content including Reels and social:first videos
* Assist with content shoots including coordination, filming, and editing
* Support creative planning for campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activations
* Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and sharing user:generated content
* Assist with marketing events, launches, and activations across venues
* Help monitor social media performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach
What Were Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in marketing or social media
* Confident creating video and social:first content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
* Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and digital storytelling
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Comfortable visiting venues and capturing content on:site
* Strong interest in hospitality, bars, food, drink, and nightlife culture
* Positive attitude with a proactive and hands:on approach
