Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years setting. Part of the role will be supporting a SEN student on a 1:1 basis who may require some personal care.
Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
Times of the role is 12:15-15:15pm
Comfortable supporting with changing when the Teacher is unable too.Requirements:
Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to drive is preffered, if not you must have sufficient links to pubic transport.
