Job Summary


Duties & Responsibilities


* Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with other areas of the Glencar Construction business to provide exceptional support
* To work to the Company’s Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System standards and performance criteria including delivering the objectives set
* To co-operate on matters of health and safety and follow the training provided. To take reasonable care of personal and other’s health and safety at all times
* Any other duties consistent with the role of IT Coordinator may be required from time to time.


Qualifications/Experience


* Experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within an IT or technical environment.
* An interest in IT field, as there is an opportunity for advancement within the IT department.
* Excellent IT skills – proficient in Microsoft suite of programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements.
* Strong understanding of Office Management Systems, procedures, and IT-related terminology.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
* A basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations is advantageous.

* Has strong problem solving and considered decision-making skills
