At Cornerstone Talent Solutions, we have a client who is a leading staffing and recruitment firm specializing in the Oil & Gas sector, providing tailored workforce solutions to some of the industry’s top players. As they expand, we are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in the UK to join their team and help grow the client base within the Oil & Gas industry.
As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on developing new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas staffing market. You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in Oil & Gas companies, understand their staffing needs, and present tailored workforce solutions that address their challenges. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market share and driving revenue growth.

What you'll do:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Oil & Gas companies requiring staffing and workforce solutions
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, project leads, and procurement teams
* Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads
* Present and position our staffing services effectively, emphasizing value and industry expertise
* Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met
* Manage pipeline and track sales activity using CRM tools to report progress and forecast results
* Stay informed on Oil & Gas industry trends, workforce challenges, and competitive landscape to tailor sales strategies
You are:
* 2 - 3 Years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the Oil & Gas staffing or recruitment sector
* Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas market and its workforce dynamics
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
