Job Description
The Clinical and Sleep Support Manager for our Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC) business is responsible for leading clinical service workflow discussions during the sales phase, leveraging in-depth expertise to address complex service needs and optimizing clinical processes through detailed workflow assessments.
Leading a team of clinical and sleep support specialists, the role operates under limited supervision and applies independent judgment to drive project success and compliance.
Your role:
1. Leads service discussions with healthcare customers during the sales and opportunity phase, offering in-depth expertise in organizational solutions to effectively address service needs.
2. Conducts detailed workflow assessments at healthcare facilities to identify opportunities for optimizing operational and clinical processes through the integration of organization’s solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
3. Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.
4. Provides advanced training to healthcare professionals, focusing on the full functionality and best practices for using organization’s solutions, helping to maximize their clinical impact.
5. Participates in the implementation of organization’s solutions, working closely with customers to ensure the deployment meets their specific clinical and operational requirements, and addressing any challenges that arise.
6. Supports sales teams by delivering comprehensive product demonstrations, tailoring them to the unique needs of each customer, and helping to close deals by showcasing the clinical benefits of organization’s solutions.
7. Resolves moderately complex troubleshooting and support tasks, addressing issues that arise during the implementation and use of organization’s solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and effective solutions.
8. Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization.
9. Effectively partner with an external operations and service bench for maintenance and post market change.
You're the right fit if:
10. Minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as Healthcare Consulting, Clinical Education and Training, Team Leadership and Operational service through third party providers.
11. Experience in leading healthcare service teams within NHS preferred.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
