The Best Connection are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Knutsford.

The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key part in the manufacturing process, supporting production activities and ensuring products are assembled and prepared to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling products using machined components
* Using hand tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively
* Conducting basic product testing and quality checks
* Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
* Supporting general workshop and production operations
* Assisting with additional manufacturing tasks as required
* Working towards daily production targets
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Updating production records and carrying out basic data entry
What We're Looking For
Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential. However, ideal candidates will:
* Have previous manufacturing or assembly experience (desirable)
* Be confident using basic hand tools
* Possess basic computer and data entry skills
* Be reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
* Work well as part of a team
* Be willing to learn new processes and skills
* Have good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
