What will the Head of FP&A role involve?
Leading the organisation’s financial planning cycle, including 5-year strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource allocation
Acting as deputy to the CFO, attending Executive Board meetings, and overseeing the daily operations of the finance function
Providing commercial insight, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations to support key decisions, risk management, and long-term financial sustainability
Managing and developing the FP&A and business partnering teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality financial support across the organisation
Suitable Candidate for the Head of FP&A role:
Comfortable both in briefing up to Executive Team and Board, and also in challenging in a respectful way to influence change
Extensive FP&A experience
Fully qualified with strong leadership skills
