What You’ll Be Doing
Providing person-centred support with daily living tasks
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Supporting residents with social activities, community access, and hobbies
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
Working effectively as part of a supportive team
Following safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies
What We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and reliable attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Experience in care is welcomed but not essential
A commitment to promoting inclusion, respect, and high-quality care
