Delta Personnel is searching for Civils Supervisors in Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding areas We’re looking for experienced Civils Supervisors to support our client on static civils sites between Southampton and Portsmouth. This is a 3-month booking starting in October with the potential to extend. Duties: • Supervising civils works – mainly concreting and groundworks • Coordinating digger/dumper operations and plant activities • Ensuring health & safety compliance across site • Leading site teams and delegating daily tasks • Reporting progress and liaising with management • Supporting quality checks and maintaining site standards Must-Have: • SSSTS or SMSTS certification • Strong civils background (concreting, groundworks essential) • Digger/Dumper tickets (preferred but not essential) • Ability to travel – working away opportunities included • Proven site supervision experience • Proactive, hands-on approach to leadership Start Date: October – 3 month booking Interested or want to find out more? 📞 Call Delta Personnel Ltd office on (phone number removed)...
