We are on the hunt for a dynamic, proactive and strategic individual to undertake a newly created role as the Strategic Business and Transformation Assistant partnering the CEO of a highly successful organisation.
This unique role will suit a commercially sharp, execution-focused individual who thrives working in high-performance, high-expectation environments.
Your strong analytical thinking, ability to identify operational inefficiencies and skill at translating strategy into clear action plans, will enable you to succeed in this role.
Ideal candidates will be able to confidently and constructively challenge processes, procedures and ideas, lead strategic projects end-to-end, build clear implementation roadmaps and support the CEO in securing long-term growth and scalability.
Key responsibilities as the Strategic Business and Transformation Assistant will include:
* Partnering the CEO to turn strategic ideas into clear, practical execution plans
* Lead strategic projects, ensuring delivery and measurable outcomes
* Evaluating and implementing AI and technology solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
* Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing scalable improvements
* Undertaking market and growth analysis to inform strategic decisions
* Building implementation roadmaps

What we’re looking for:
* Demonstrable experience in consulting or strategy role ideally in high-growth scaleup environments (c3-8 years)
* Experience translating strategy into execution
* Success leading strategic projects
* Experienced in building clear implementation roadmaps
* Ability to evaluate and implement AI and technology solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
* Skilled in undertaking detailed analysis and presenting structured, data-driven recommendations to support business growth and innovation
* Professional, articulate and motivated
* Happy in an office-based role, Monday to Friday
