Job Description

We are a prestigious and client-focused law firm seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This front-of-house role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.







Key Responsibilities







Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all clients and visitors Manage the front desk, ensuring reception and client areas are maintained to a high standard at all times Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them appropriately Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up with required refreshments and AV equipment Liaise with internal teams to support meetings, client events, and visitor arrangements Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers Maintain visitor logs and adhere to security and confidentiality procedures Assist with administrative tasks, including document handling, scanning, and data entry Support office operations as required, working closely with facilities and administrative teams Key Skills & Experience







Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Immaculate presentation and professional manner Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems Apply today for immediate consideration!
