With varying shift lengths of a minimum of 5 hours, including nights and days, duties include:
* Greet and assist customers while addressing their queries.
* Guide event attendees through entry points with search and way marking support.
* Patrol designated areas and monitor crowd movements
* Resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
* Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with other team members.
What qualities are we looking for?
* Hold an SIA Licence in Door Supervision or Close Protection
* A friendly smile and an outgoing demeanour that instils customer confidence
* Team spirit and dedication to support fellow team members
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English
* A positive and can-do attitude when faced with challenges
* Flexibility to work various shifts
