Location: Dartford, Kent. Salary: £29,104 - £31,342 per annum – starting salary £29,104 per annum pro rata. Hours: 36 per week. Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2027.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Facilitate access for people with additional support needs and multiple disadvantages into Clarion's Supported Housing services, ensuring that individuals who might not normally be accepted receive appropriate support.
* Deliver exceptional support services to customers, working alongside colleagues in supported housing or outreach services.
* Safeguard vulnerable adults by applying a thorough understanding of statutory and non‑statutory services available.
* Use empathy and compassion in all interactions.
Requirements
* Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
* Ability to travel across the region as required.
* Must be subject to an Enhanced Adult & Child plus barred list check.
* Thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and statutory services.
