The Role
* Lead geotechnical design across all project stages (concept to installation).
* Design offshore foundations (e.g. monopiles, suction caissons).
* Oversee and interpret offshore site investigations and lab testing.
* Conduct installation assessments (driveability, drillability, cyclic loading).
* Use advanced software (e.g. PLAXIS, LS-DYNA).
* Mentor junior engineers and support business development.

* Proven experience in offshore wind geotechnical design.
* Skilled in numerical modelling and foundation design.
