How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision. You’ll create and manage documents for new customers, renewals, and adjustments. You’ll also handle queries, confirm cover with insurers, and ensure policies are processed accurately. By exploring all options, you’ll provide the best solutions for your clients. Your work will help maintain data integrity, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with both clients and insurers. About You Knowledge of commercial insurance. Experience working to targets in a regulated environment. A focus on customer service with great communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to organise and analyse information. Familiarity with Acturis (desirable). Eligibility to work in the UK.
