Job Description
* Contact warm customer data to verify contract end dates and business information
* Build positive relationships with customers through professional and engaging conversations
* Develop knowledge of our full suite of telecoms products and solutions
* Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products in a simple and customer-focused way
* Work closely with key partners across the major mobile and telecom networks
* Support the wider sales team by identifying qualified opportunities
* Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customers are fully satisfied
* Identify opportunities for additional orders, referrals, and future business
* Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems
* Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions
Qualifications
* A confident and friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and asking questions
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Self-motivated and enjoys working towards goals and team success
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt conversations naturally
* Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
* A team player who enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative environment
* Professional, approachable, and customer-focused mindset
