We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within supportive and inclusive educational settings where your skills are valued and your impact is truly felt.
🔹 About the Role:
1. Full-time & part-time positions available
2. Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils with a variety of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language needs
3. Supporting the class teacher with tailored learning strategies and behaviour management
4. Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
🔹 What We're Looking For:
5. Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school or educational setting
6. A proactive and compassionate approach
7. Strong behaviour management skills
8. Ability to adapt and use own initiative
9. A relevant TA qualification or training in SEN (desirable)
