This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in financial and workforce management, vendor oversight, and executive-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management & Reporting
* Support business management activities, including financial oversight, procurement, vendor management, and workforce tracking.
* Build and maintain reports for both senior and junior management, translating complex data into clear, presentable formats (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Take minutes and track actions from key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Financial & Accounting Oversight
* Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
* Oversee purchase order management and month-end financial processes.
Workforce & Vendor Management
1. Track workforce headcount and hiring pipelines.
2. Assist with joiner-mover-leaver processes and workforce analytics.
3. Support workforce training and experience tracking to identify skill gaps.
