Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:
8. You'll support on a 1-1 basis, promoting independence.
9. Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
10. Personal care will be required.
11. Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
12. Support throughout the night is required from time to time; this will involve routine checks, providing support if someone wakes up unsettled and completing various other tasks within the service.
13. Working within a residential setting with adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.

16. You may be required to pick up some day shifts, depending on the needs of the service.
