The Role As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced Senior and Managing Quantity Surveyors, gaining hands-on experience across the full commercial lifecycle of major construction projects. Key responsibilities will include: * Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting * Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers * Preparing and managing valuations and variations * Assisting with cost reporting and commercial administration * Supporting the management of final accounts * Working collaboratively with site, design, and commercial teams This is a structured graduate role with clear progression, mentoring, and professional development support.
