Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Optical Consultant role located in Cameron Toll, Edinburgh. The Optical Consultant will assist customers in selecting eyewear that best suits their needs and preferences, provide advice on lens types and coatings, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times. Key responsibilities include managing appointments, helping with eye tests, and providing product knowledge to customers. Additionally, the role involves supporting the team in maintaining stock, adhering to compliance standards, and promoting Boots Opticians' services and products.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain product options, lens types, and eyecare services.
