What you’ll be doing:
* Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, proactively offering help and answering questions.
* Picking quality products for customers using our On-demand grocery service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
* Building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations.
* Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
* Working flexibly across the store as needed.
